Basketball Recap: King's Christian Academy Comes Up Short

King's Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 62-49 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Sandy Spring Friends Wildebeests.

King's Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 5-16. As for Sandy Spring Friends, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 11-18 record this season.

King's Christian Academy will head out to face off against North Point at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday. Sandy Spring Friends has already played their next game, a 62-34 victory against Model Secondary School for the Deaf on the 27th.
