Riverside Academy is a perfect 3-0 against St. James since March of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Riverside Academy Rebels will host the St. James Wildcats at 5:00 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Riverside Academy has four straight victories, St. James has six straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

While Riverside Academy's win against Patrick Taylor Science & Tech Academy wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. Riverside Academy had just enough and edged out Patrick Taylor Science & Tech Academy 6-5.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when St. James took on Covenant Christian Academy on Wednesday. St. James lost 22-8 to Covenant Christian Academy.

Riverside Academy's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-3. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 12.2 runs. As for St. James, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-10.

Riverside Academy took their win against St. James in their previous matchup back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 12-1. Will Riverside Academy repeat their success, or does St. James have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
