Christian Salling gave up the fewest walks he has since back in March on Thursday. He was dialed in as he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit over five innings pitched. He was up against Mt. Eden and has quite the history against that squad, as he also had a great game the last time he faced them on Tuesday. Salling has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances.
