Lakewood Gets a Boost from Anderson in 35-24 Victory
Rahmel Anderson's rushing tear continued on Saturday as he dropped his 14th-straight game with 106+ rushing yards dating back to last season. He rushed for 245 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 7.4 yards per carry.
Keansburg had to have seen this coming; the last time they saw Anderson it was a similar story. Anderson rushed for 260 yards while picking up 10.0 yards per carry the last time he and the Titans duked it out back in October of 2023.

Avery Phillips Delivers Best Effort of Season
Avery Phillips produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Manchester Township to the win on Friday. Phillips rushed for 186 yards and three touchdowns on only eight carries. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 72-yard run.
Manchester Township has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 6-2 record this season. It'll be Battle of the Birds when Hawks takes on Monmouth Regional at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.

Rush-Esdaile Came Up Big in Barnegat's 47-7 Victory
Myquan Rush-Esdaile was a major factor in Barnegat's victory over New Egypt on Friday. New Egypt had no answer to Rush-Esdaile as he rushed for 129 yards and a touchdown, and also threw for two yards and a touchdown.
Barnegat's win ended a six-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 5-3. Rush-Esdaile and Barnegat will head out to square off against Lakewood on Saturday.
