Bellmont had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 3.5 goals) and they went ahead and made it three on Monday. They came within a single goal of losing the streak, but they secured a 1-0 W against the Leo Lions. That's two games straight that Bellmont have won by just one goal.

Their one-goal win came courtesy of Onalee Krueckeberg, who's now up to eight this season.

Bellmont now has a winning record of 6-5. As for Leo, their loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 7-3.

Coming up, Bellmont will welcome Fort Wayne Snider at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Leo, they will head out to face off against DeKalb at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
