Football Game Preview: Pahokee Blue Devils vs. Taylor County Bulldogs + Official Tickets

The Pahokee Blue Devils will challenge the Taylor County Bulldogs at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Pahokee is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Thursday. They took down Fort Meade 43-28. The high-scoring effort was just what the Blue Devils needed considering they were shut out in their previous game.

Meanwhile, Taylor County waltzed into their matchup on Friday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They were the clear victors by a 28-7 margin over the Tigers. The result was nothing new for the Bulldogs, who have now won six contests by 21 points or more so far this season.

Pahokee better focus on containing Deandre Flowers and Jabez Glanton as the pair were huge in Taylor County's win. Flowers rushed for 114 yards on only eight carries, while Glanton rushed for 65 yards. Flowers really tore up the turf during one magnificent 72-yard run.

Pahokee's victory bumped their record up to 8-3. As for Taylor County, their win bumped their record up to 10-1.
