Landon Kidd Game Report: vs Red Bluff

Winning always takes teamwork, but on Tuesday Landon Kidd stepped things up a notch to give Shasta the 'W'. Kidd turned in nothing short of a gem, striking out six batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off three hits (and only one walk). He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in six consecutive appearances.

Kidd's strong effort led Shasta over Red Bluff and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
