Volleyball Recap: Elmwood Park Takes a Loss

Elmwood Park was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat dating back to last season. They fell 2-0 to the Lyndhurst Golden Bears. If the Crusaders were looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to the Golden Bears when the teams met back in May of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Elmwood Park's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Lyndhurst, their victory bumped their record up to 3-4.

Looking ahead, Elmwood Park will venture away from home to face off against North Arlington at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Lyndhurst, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Passaic Arts & Science Charter on the 15th.
