Basketball Recap: Friday's Win Is Hamilton's 11th in Last 14 Outings

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Lipan, Hamilton was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They strolled past the Santo Wildcats with points to spare, taking the game 59-40. Given the Bulldogs' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 678th, while the Wildcats are ranked 1358th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Hamilton has also been performing well recently as they've won 11 of their last 14 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 14-6 record this season. As for Santo, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-19 record this season.

Hamilton will be playing at home against Hico at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Hamilton is facing Hico at the right time seeing as Hico is stuck on a six-game losing streak. As for Santo, they will venture away from home to challenge Graford at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
