Volleyball Recap: Providence Academy Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Providence Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Pequot Lakes Patriots.

Providence Academy started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last two. The match finished with set scores of 25-27, 25-17, 15-10.

Providence Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 5-9. As for Pequot Lakes, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-2.

Providence Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Cannon Falls on the 20th. As for Pequot Lakes, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Cotter on the 19th.
