Volleyball Recap: Eldon Comes Up Short

Eldon saw some tournament action on Saturday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Fayetteville Bulldogs.

Audrey Dinwiddie paced Eldon's offense, picking up eight kills. Dinwiddie got some help from Kaydin Davis and her eight assists. Jaidyn Shelden controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Eldon's loss dropped their record down to 9-8. As for Fayetteville, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-2.

Eldon didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Marshfield on the 27th. As for Fayetteville, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Carthage on the 27th.
