Basketball Recap: Lake Country Classical Academy Comes Up Short

On Wednesday, the Lake Country Classical Academy Sentinels took a blow against the Lake Mills L-Cats, falling 78-48. While losing is never fun, the Sentinels can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 350th, while the L-Cats are ranked 26th).

Lake Country Classical Academy's loss dropped their record down to 10-7. As for Lake Mills, the win (which was their 11th in a row) raised their record to 16-3.

While Lake Country Classical Academy had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
