Football Recap: North Adams-Jerome Comes Up Short + How To Watch

For whatever reason, it's the away team that's had the advantage when North Adams-Jerome and Waldron meet (three straight games heading into this one) and that held true again on Friday. The Rams were outmatched by the Spartans and fell 54-6. The Rams were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 26-6.

Carmen Kurtz was his usual excellent self, picking up 176 receiving yards and three TDs, while also rushing for 51 yards and one score for Waldron. Kurtz really caught the secondary sleeping when he pulled down a catch that went for 80 yards. Another player making a difference was Seth Williams, who threw for 232 yards and four touchdowns on only 18 passes.

North Adams-Jerome's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Waldron, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-1.
