Basketball Recap: Seaman Comes Up Short

Seaman came into their game on Friday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They were dealt a 67-39 defeat at the hands of the Basehor-Linwood Bobcats. The game marked the Vikings' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Seaman's loss dropped their record down to 12-5. As for Basehor-Linwood, their win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 9-7.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Seaman will welcome Leavenworth at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Basehor-Linwood, they will square off against Piper at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Piper knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past 17 matchups -- so hopefully Basehor-Linwood likes a good challenge.
