The Grove City Christian Eagles are taking a road trip to  take on the Fisher Catholic Irish  at 5:15  p.m.  on Monday. Grove City Christian will be strutting in after a  win while Fisher Catholic will be coming in after a  defeat.
Grove City Christian is headed in fresh off scoring the most  runs they have   all season. Everything went their way against Harvest Prep on Wednesday as they made off with  a  23-0 victory. The team's explosion at the plate also rewarded the Eagles with their most commanding win of the  season.
 Jadunn Harris made a big impact no matter where he played. On the mound, he  didn't allow a single  earned run and  allowed only two  hits while striking out 11 over five innings pitched. He also  tossed  no  walks, which is notable because Grove City Christian is 2-1 when he allows at  most  two  walks, but 2-4-2 otherwise. Harris was also big at the plate,  going 3-for-6 with three  runs and two  doubles. That's the most  runs  he has posted since back in May of 2024.

 In other batting news,  Tyler Benedum was  incredible,  going a perfect 2-for-2 with three  RBI, two  runs,  and one  stolen base. Those  three  RBI gave  him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of  Lucas Langsdorf, who  went 2-for-4 with two  runs, one  stolen base,  and two  RBI.
 Grove City Christian  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 25  hits. That's a new  trend for them: they were averaging 5.5  hits per game earlier this season, but in their last 15 contests they've averaged 10.
 Meanwhile, Fisher Catholic was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Friday as the team picked up their third straight  loss. They lost  15-0 to Berne Union.
 The  win made it two in a row for Grove City Christian and  bumps their season record up to 4-5-2. Those  victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 15.0 runs over those games. As for Fisher Catholic, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-5.
 Grove City Christian was able to grind out a solid  win over Fisher Catholic when the teams last played  back in May of 2024, winning  8-4. Will the Eagles repeat their success,  or do  the Irish have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
