Berkley and Royal Oak are an even 5-5 against one another since January of 2017, but not for long. The Berkley Bears will head out to face off against the Royal Oak Ravens at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Berkley will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.

Berkley saw some tournament action on Wednesday. They walked away with a 45-33 victory over Troy. Given the Bears' advantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 146th, while the Colts are ranked 305th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Royal Oak). They simply couldn't be stopped on Wednesday as they easily beat Mott 65-28. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded the Ravens with their most commanding win of the season.

Royal Oak now has a winning record of 12-11. As for Berkley, their win bumped their record up to 16-7.

Berkley came up short against Royal Oak in their previous matchup back in February, falling 37-25. Can Berkley avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
