Basketball Recap: Make It Three in a Row for Sandwich

Sandwich waltzed into their contest on Monday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Plano Reapers by a score of 64-54. This was a revenge game for the Indians: when they faced off against the Reapers back in December of 2024, they had to take a 52-44 loss.

Sandwich pushed their record up to 13-9 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.0 points per game. As for Plano, their defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 11-10.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Sandwich has already played their next game (against Johnsburg), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Plano has also has no score uploaded for their next match, this one against Serena.
