Volleyball Recap: Dorman's Victory on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Nine

With a playoff win on the line, Dorman rose to the challenge on Tuesday. They blew past the Boiling Springs Bulldogs 3-0. The win was familiar territory for the Cavaliers, who have now won nine contests in a row.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Dorman to victory, but perhaps none more so than Meg Rousseau, who had four digs, three aces, and one block.

Rousseau wasn't the only good servers: Dorman was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 13 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least eight aces in nine consecutive matches.

Dorman's victory bumped their record up to 29-6. As for Boiling Springs, with the defeat, they broke their three-match winning streak and moved their record to 23-9.

Coming up, Dorman will challenge River Bluff at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Boiling Springs does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
