Soccer Game Preview: West Rutland vs. Arlington Memorial

The West Rutland Golden Horde will head out to square off against the Arlington Memorial Eagles at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

West Rutland is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Vermont's top teams: Proctor, who was ranked 25th at the time (West Rutland was ranked 19th). The Golden Horde never let the Phantoms get on the board and left with a 1-0 victory on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Arlington Memorial waltzed into their contest on Monday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Phantoms.

West Rutland's victory bumped their record up to 7-4. As for Arlington Memorial, their win bumped their record up to 7-1-2.
