Basketball Game Preview: Christian Center vs. Immaculate Conception Academy Cristeros

Christian Center will kick their season off against the Immaculate Conception Academy Cristeros on Saturday. Tip off is scheduled at 4:30 p.m.

Last Friday, Immaculate Conception Academy came up short against Coeur du Christ Academy and fell 67-58. The Cristeros haven't had much luck with the Saints recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.

Immaculate Conception Academy's loss dropped their record down to 3-5.

As for Christian Center, they've got a clean slate this season. Last year, they finished on the wrong side of .500 (1-2), but they'll be hoping to turn things around this year.

Christian Center was able to grind out a solid victory over Immaculate Conception Academy when the teams last played back in January of 2024, winning 48-37. Will Christian Center repeat their success, or does Immaculate Conception Academy have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
