Soccer Recap: Chicago Christian Takes a Loss

If Chicago Christian was riding high fresh off their 5-0 takedown of Marian Central Catholic on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Knights lost 6-0 to the Timothy Christian Trojans on Thursday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Chicago Christian of the 2-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Chicago Christian's loss was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 8-5. As for Timothy Christian, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-2-1.

Looking ahead, Chicago Christian will face off against Reed-Custer at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Timothy Christian, they will head out to take on Lake Park at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
