The biggest upset of the week belonged to Newark Catholic, who took down 133rd ranked Newark Catholic, 14-7.

Granville extended the longest winning streak in Mid-State - Ohio this week by beating the Green Wave, 14-7. The win marks fourth in a row for the the Blue Aces.

Lakewood's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Lancers feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Alex Napier has thrown for 155 yards and one touchdown this season, while Junior King has five catches for 97 yards. Brandon Ward leads the league in rushing with 292 yards.

A big matchup in the league this week will be when Granville takes on Columbus Academy. As it stands, JR Wait's team is in first, while the Vikings are in fourth.

The Blue Aces moved up to 120 from 160 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in Mid-State - Ohio. Granville climbed the ranks as a result of defeating Newark Catholic 14-7.
