Volleyball Recap: Big Sandy Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Big Sandy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Belt Huskies. The shutout was out of character for the Pioneers seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in October of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-14, 25-13.

Leading Belt to victory were June Bock and Maren Keaster. Bock had five digs and four aces, while Keaster had five digs. That's the most digs Keaster has posted since back in August.

Big Sandy's defeat dropped their record down to 6-4. As for Belt, they pushed their record up to 19-7-1 with the victory, which was their 15th straight on the road.

Big Sandy has already played their next contest (against Centerville), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Belt, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Highwood on the 25th.
