Baseball Recap: Anthony Wayne Triumphs

After losing to Olentangy the last time they met, Anthony Wayne decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Generals skirted past the Braves 7-6. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Generals.

Anthony Wayne's victory bumped their record up to 9-5. As for Olentangy, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-5.

Coming up, Anthony Wayne will venture away from home to face off against Whitmer at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The last three games the Panthers have played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Olentangy, they will square off against Olentangy Berlin at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Braves 3.9, the Bears 2.3) so any runs scored will be well earned.
