Volleyball Recap: Grafton Comes Up Short

Grafton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Algonquin Regional Titans. The Gators were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Titans earlier this season, when they won 3-1.

Grafton took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-11, 25-12, 25-20.

Grafton's loss dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Algonquin Regional, they moved to 2-8 with that victory, which also ended their eight-match losing streak.

Looking ahead, Grafton will challenge Westborough at 4:45 p.m. on Friday. As for Algonquin Regional, they will face off against Natick at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
