Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Brockton). They walked away with a 19-6 victory over the Weymouth Wildcats on Friday. The win continues a trend for the Boxers in their matchups with the Wildcats: they've now won five in a row.

Brockton's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-5. As for Weymouth, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 5-1.

Brockton and Weymouth will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next matchups. The next time the Boxers see the field they'll take on New Bedford at 6:30 p.m. on the 24th. As for Weymouth, their break will end when they face Needham at 7:00 p.m. on the 24th.
