Soccer Game Preview: North Little Rock vs. Pulaski Academy

The North Little Rock Charging Wildcats are taking a road trip to challenge the Pulaski Academy Bruins at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. North Little Rock's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for five straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

North Little Rock came up short against Mount St. Mary Academy on Tuesday, falling 6-1. While losing is never fun, North Little Rock can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Arkansas soccer rankings (they are ranked 41st, while Mount St. Mary Academy are ranked first).

Meanwhile, for the first time this season, Pulaski Academy was forced to settle for a draw. Neither they nor Cabot could gain the upper hand on Tuesday so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw.

North Little Rock's defeat dropped their record down to 5-8-1. Pulaski Academy's draw makes their record 4-5-1 this season.
