Basketball Recap: Pittsburg Comes Up Short

Pittsburg lost against Field Kindley back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Pittsburg Dragons took a 60-50 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Field Kindley Golden Tornado. The Dragons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Pittsburg's loss dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Field Kindley, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pittsburg will host Independence on Tuesday. Independence will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Pittsburg surely won't give up without a fight. As for Field Kindley, they will look to defend their home court on Monday against Columbus at 7:00 p.m. The timing is sure in Field Kindley's favor as the team sits on three straight wins at home while Columbus has been banged up by three consecutive losses on the road.
