Volleyball Recap: Upland Takes a Loss

Upland lost against Capistrano Valley Christian back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Highlanders/Scots fell 2-0 to the Eagles.

Upland was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the first set very close. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-10.

Upland's loss dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Capistrano Valley Christian, with the win, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 4-10-1.

Upland wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-1 victory against Mary Star of the Sea on the 6th. As for Capistrano Valley Christian, they have also already played their next game, a 2-1 win against Santa Fe on the 5th.
