Volleyball Recap: Maricopa Institute of Technology Takes a Loss

Maricopa Institute of Technology came into their game on Monday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 3-0 to the Trinity Christian Warriors. The Iron Eagles haven't had much luck with the Warriors recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Maricopa Institute of Technology's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Trinity Christian, their win bumped their record up to 6-3.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Maricopa Institute of Technology will challenge rival BASIS - Scottsdale at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Trinity Christian is set to take on their familiar foe Imagine Prep at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
