Softball Recap: Carver Montgomery Comes Up Short

Carver Montgomery fell victim to Park Crossing and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They came up short against the Thunderbirds, falling 9-0. The Wolverines have struggled against the Thunderbirds recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost meeting.

Carver Montgomery now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Park Crossing, the win snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 2-5 record.

Coming up, Carver Montgomery will take on Hillcrest at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Park Crossing, they will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Russell County at 5:00 p.m. on the 17th.
