Southern Columbia Area has gone 8-2 against South Williamsport recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Tigers will square off against the Mountaineers at 6:00 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Southern Columbia Area is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Saturday. They never let Montgomery get on the board and left with a 9-0 victory. It was an even better day for Alyssa Conner as she scored three goals for her team.

Meanwhile, South Williamsport made easy work of Northumberland Christian on Saturday and carried off a 7-0 win. Given South Williamsport's advantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania soccer rankings (they are ranked 109th, while Northumberland Christian are ranked 295th) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

South Williamsport has been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-4-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 46 goals over those nine matchups. As for Southern Columbia Area, their win bumped their record up to 16-3.

Southern Columbia Area skirted past South Williamsport 2-1 in their previous meeting back in November of 2022. Do the Tigers have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Mountaineers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
