Volleyball Recap: Rome Comes Up Short

Rome was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 2-0 to the Armuchee Indians. If the Wolves were looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to the Indians when the teams met back in August of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Rome's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Armuchee, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Rome has already played their next contest, a 2-1 loss against Coosa on the 9th. Hopefully Armuchee paid attention to the Wolves' match: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Wolves at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday.
