Meanwhile, White River Valley played a tough match on Tuesday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were beaten by Barr-Reeve 70-34. The loss continues a trend for the Wolverines in their matchups with the Vikings: they've now lost three in a row.

Clay City pushed their record up to 14-2 with the win, which was their ninth straight at home. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.1 points per game. As for White River Valley, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-9.
