Linganore wins going away against Catoctin

Recap: Linganore Lancers vs. Catoctin Cougars
The Linganore Lancers waltzed into their match on Wednesday with two straight wins but they left with three. They took down Catoctin 68-49. That looming 68-49 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Linganore yet this season.
Linganore's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Dylan Hodgson led the charge by scoring 18 points along with seven rebounds and two steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Christian Petruzzello, who almost dropped a double-double on 13 points and nine rebounds.
Linganore's win bumped their record up to 9-10. As for Catoctin, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-12.
Linganore will head out on the road to take on Towson at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Linganore focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 12 on Wednesday. As for Catoctin, they and Middletown will face off at 7:00 p.m. on February 9th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Middletown has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 1,252 points over their last 18 matches.
