Baseball Recap: Waukegan Comes Up Short

Mundelein hit Waukegan with a four-run fifth inning on Tuesday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Bulldogs came up short against the Mustangs, falling 10-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Mustangs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 15-0 on Monday.

This is the second loss in a row for Waukegan and nudges their season record down to 1-18. As for Mundelein, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 20-6-2.

Looking ahead, Waukegan will take on Round Lake at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Mundelein, they will face off against Glenbrook North at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
