Volleyball Recap: Corvian Community Takes a Loss

Corvian Community was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Community School of Davidson Spartans. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Spartans this season, with their most recent defeat being a 3-0 loss back in September.

Community School of Davidson's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Jordan Famularo, who had ten digs and three assists.

Corvian Community's defeat dropped their record down to 5-14. As for Community School of Davidson, their win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 22-4.

Corvian Community does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Community School of Davidson, they will challenge Pine Lake Prep at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
