Basketball Recap: West Branch Comes Up Short

West Branch was the 73-52 winner over Keokuk when they last played one another back in December of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The West Branch Bears fell 54-42 to the Keokuk Chiefs on Monday. The Bears have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

West Branch's loss dropped their record down to 7-11. As for Keokuk, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 12-6.

West Branch has already played their next game, a 76-42 win against Durant on the 4th. Keokuk has also already played their next matchup (against Mt. Pleasant), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
