Issaquah faced Eastlake in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Eagles fell just short of the Wolves by a score of 4-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Eagles have suffered against the Wolves since May 6, 2023.

Issaquah's loss dropped their record down to 16-11. As for Eastlake, they are on a roll lately: they've won 13 of their last 16 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-8 record this season.
