Volleyball Recap: Chaparral Wolverines vs. Fountain-Fort Carson Trojans
With a playoff win on the line, Chaparral rose to the challenge on Saturday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Fountain-Fort Carson Trojans. The Wolverines have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Trojans, too.
Chaparral walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the first set). The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-18, 25-16.
Lauren Waggoner paced Chaparral's offense, picking up 14 kills. Waggoner got some help from Ainsley Adams and her 31 assists. Jenna Baller controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.
