The Bourgade Catholic Golden Eagles won the last time they faced the Scottsdale Christian Academy Eagles, and things went their way on Wednesday too. Bourgade Catholic took down Scottsdale Christian Academy 42-27. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Bourgade Catholic.
It was another big night for Juliet Botiller, who dropped a double-double on 22 points and 12 rebounds. That makes it seven consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Bourgade Catholic's points. Nizhoni Rainbolt was another key contributor, scoring seven points along with seven steals and five rebounds.
Bourgade Catholic's win bumped their record up to 7-9. As for Scottsdale Christian Academy, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-12.
Bourgade Catholic will head out on the road to take on Fountain Hills at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday. Fountain Hills will be looking to extend their current six-game winning streak. As for Scottsdale Christian Academy, they will look to defend their home court on Saturday against Chino Valley at 5:30 p.m. Chino Valley is hoping to put an end to a three-game streak of away losses.
