Baseball Recap: Everett Comes Up Short

After soaring to 13 runs the game before, Everett was a bit more limited in their game on Monday. They lost 11-1 to the Lynn English Bulldogs. The Crimson Tide were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Bulldogs apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in May of 2024.

Everett saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Isaiah Goffigan, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.

Everett's loss dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Lynn English, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Everett didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 3-2 victory against Somerville on the 16th. As for Lynn English, they have also already played their next contest, a 14-3 defeat against Lynn Classical on the 16th.
