Recap: CSTHEA P Patriots vs. Hixson Wildcats
The CSTHEA P Patriots had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 56.5 points), and they went ahead and made it three on Monday. They strolled past Hixson with points to spare, taking the game 58-44. That's another feather in the cap for CSTHEA P, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
CSTHEA P's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Jonathan Swanson led the charge by scoring 14 points along with eight steals. Swanson hasn't dropped below two steals for eight straight games. Mason Deschaine was another key contributor, scoring 19 points along with five assists and five rebounds.
CSTHEA P's victory bumped their record up to 12-15. As for Hixson, they dropped their record down to 2-16 with that loss, which was their 19th straight at home.
