Baseball Recap: Brockway Comes Up Short

Brockway was the 2-1 winner over Clarion-Limestone when they last played one another last Friday, but their luck changed this time around. The Rovers fell 7-2 to the Lions on Saturday.

Eric Lindemuth was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring a run and stealing two bases while going 2-for-4. He also hit a double, marking his first of the season. Another player making a difference was Gage Park, who got on base in all four of his plate appearances with one stolen base.

Brockway's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Clarion-Limestone, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-6.

Coming up, Brockway is taking a road trip to take on DuBois Central Catholic at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Clarion-Limestone, they will be playing at home against Keystone at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
