Volleyball Recap: Silsbee Makes It Six in a Row at Home

Silsbee barely beat Evadale the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Tigers put the hurt on the Rebels with a sharp 3-0 victory on Tuesday. While the Tigers didn't have the best season last year (they finished 10-21), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Silsbee's win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-1. As for Evadale, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Looking ahead, Silsbee will take on Navasota in a tournament on Thursday. As for Evadale, they will face off against Hemphill at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday.
