Triumph Charter and University squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Triumph Charter had to settle for second. They lost 18-4 to the Wildcats. The Jaguars' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Triumph Charter saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Edgar Arevalos, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one run.

Triumph Charter's loss dropped their record down to 15-12. As for University, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-15 record this season.

Triumph Charter does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for University, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, an 8-1 victory against Jefferson on the 23rd.
