Baseball Recap: Hamilton Braves vs. Mt. Shasta Bears
It may have taken eight innings to finish the job, but Hamilton ultimately got the result they hoped for on Tuesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Mt. Shasta Bears, sneaking past 2-1. While the Braves didn't have the best season last year (they finished 7-12-1), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.
Hamilton's victory was truly a team effort as two different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Austin Studybaker, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.
