Baseball Recap: Roy Royals vs. Woods Cross Wildcats

While it was Roy who put the first points on the board on Thursday, it was Woods Cross who put up more. The Roy Royals lost 11-3 to the Woods Cross Wildcats. Roy has not had much luck with Woods Cross recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.

Roy saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Connor Robinson, who went 2-for-2 with an RBI.

On Woods Cross' side, Harley Vicchrilli spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered three runs (all of which were unearned) on three hits and racked up eight Ks.
