The CIF Regional girls volleyball playoffs begin today (Nov. 23)
with the state finals slated for Dec. 4 at San Jose State University.

Karlee Fuller of La Costa Canyon notched 11 kills and three blocks in a 25-21, 25-15, 25-17 victory over Patrick Henry in the CIF-SDS Division I championship, helping the Mavericks to their seventh straight section crown.

Rachel Greenberg posted a dozen kills apiece as Scripps Ranch swept Mt. Carmel in CIF-SDS Division II finals. Meister added 17 digs and
Shannon Emmerson chipped in with 30 assists

Taylor Milton logged 17 kills, two blocks and one ace in a four-game win over Canyon Crest Academy in the CIF-SDS Division III final as the Dons captured their fifth straight section title.
