Volleyball Recap: Perry's Victory on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Nine

Perry had already won eight in a row and they went ahead and made it nine on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Valley Vista Monsoon with a sharp 3-0 victory.

The final score came out to 25-8, 25-11, 25-18.

Perry found their leader in sophomore Zach Tomlinson, who had nine assists and five digs. Braxten Jolley also deserves some recognition as he served his first ace of the season.

Perry was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 18 aces. That's the most aces they've posted since back in February of 2024.

Perry's win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 36-4. As for Valley Vista, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-16.

Perry has already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Corona del Sol on the 30th. As for Valley Vista, they will face off against Apollo at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
